Saw on a college coaching jobs site that we may be hiring an assistant from URI named Tim Eastman. Has anyone heard anything about TP leaving?

I did come across something on twitter where Tasha Pointer was a candidate for the head coaching position at NIU. She ultimately didnt get the job so I thought she would stay with the team. I hope shes not leaving because this could mean that coach Stringer may be on her way out as well.

According to that article, he was at Iowa for the 94-95 season. Wasn't that CVS' final season out there? I seem to recall her beginning at RU in 1995.

No disrespect to CVS, but, when your entire staff is former coaches that love you to death you probably don't get honest opinions about the changes required to get the team over the top. I would not expect former players to challenge her on changes needed....like getting more 3 point shooters on the court.
