Here is a summary of the discount tickets---

Norfolk State--$15 tickets for youth football players,coaches, staff, and family/friends
Washington State--FREE tickets for kids ages 12 and under/Family & friends tickets are $35
Also $35 tickets for Emergency Responders,teachers, and parents and family of Rutgers students

Kansas (Homecoming)--$35 tickets for Rutgers Alumni (and family and friends)
Also $35 tickets for those in health fiends and YMCA members and staff

Maryland--FREE tickets for kids in Kindergarten through Eighth grade/Family and friends tickets are $35
Also $35 tickets for those involved in Boys and Girls Scouts

Just got my extra for Ohio and Mich St. Really not that many tickets left.

I'd guess that $35 tickets for Washington State, Kansas, and Maryland is not attractive enough to create a demand from casual fans and groups. Dynamic pricing is guaranteed to undercut those prices.
