I wonder if this means Griffin and/or Folkerts have gone ahead of him on the depth chart this summer.
Good...we could use the scholly and Texas guys rarely make the cultural adjustment to our area. Same goes in reverse.Interesting...

I get the feeling we are going to have a lot of problems with depth in many positions. It's not "good" to be down a scholarship player a week before camp even starts. The spin is laughable.
Never want to see a player tranfer out of the program. Lister was moved from TE to OL in the spring. I don't think RU will have an OL depth issue this year. Not sure about a TE depth issue??I get the feeling we are going to have a lot of problems with depth in many positions.

thought he had potential at TE
No way. This happens at every school.Another hit to the depth chart.
RU has to lead the country in defections the past few seasons.

Compared to other schools in the Big 10, RU has had more players defect in the last 2 years.
Way more than rivals Maryland and Pen St

Non issue. Kid was a longshot. Appreciate the effort, good luck wherever he lands. The Rutgers RS Freshman has left the program.
not good, why was he moved in the first place? thought he had potential at TE
This should not be a surprise to anyone. This scholarship offer was one that had me scratching my head. You don't give a TE scholarship to a player that plays OL in HS his senior year. He was too slow to ever be a contributor in the passing game and he had poor hands. He was too small to play B1G OL.
This is no spin, these are the facts. Bad move by the coaching staff 2 years ago.
How about compared to the SEC, PAC-12, BIG-12 and ACC?

What do you expect from these homers.

A school should take a hit on scholarship for at least one year when a player transfers. If not, then they should not call this a scholarship since he is not leaving for an academic program that Rutgers does not offer. This is why CFB is a total joke.
