Much better than other chains, but in New Jersey you don't need to go to a chain to get a good sandwich. Still, it should do well. There's one nearby to me, and in a place without a lot of delis and local sub shops it is the best choice.

You customize everything right from the start. You don't alter what they already do, you start from scratch. That is the trend, and they were ahead of it.

Saw this thread, and thought that a new place opened up. But this thread is over 2-1/2 years old. I guess the shop wasn't too good, or at least not good enough to compete against the other sandwich chains and local delis in the area.

The location wasn’t too good. Very few Rutgers students walk past it, other than people walking from Cook to College Ave., and it wasn’t nearby any of the popular bars.

A couple of years ago it was a very fast-growing chain, but even in an area without a sub shop or deli on every other corner (Las Vegas, which is also lacking in the Chinese restaurant and pizzeria departments), it was like the third choice at best.
