OT: Feds back off on rating colleges

Im guessing that Obamas people realized that if they did this, then the colleges that got hurt the most would be colleges for the poor.
Now some of them would be deserving (the for profit diploma mills), but alot of the pain would go to HBCUs and other colleges that serve poor communities.
