Pleeeease don't turn this into a "unions are perfect/union members are as evil as Mao" exercise. It is just the most recent video about the soon to be opened Rutgers Honors College. That being said, I saw numerous safety violations because Chris and the building workers were not wearing Rutgers hard hats !!!---
