OT Weather: Serious bad things happening in Toms River

There's a t-storm cell that has blown up over the area from about Dover Twp out to LBI. PD, EMS and FD assets are currently handling multiple water rescues, mostly from cars. There are, however, now calls coming in from people retreating in their homes from rising flood waters. Rt. 37 in the area of Coolidge Ave. is closed, flooded and has dozens of trapped vehicles.

they just interviewed some woman on the Philly news from Toms River with 3 teeth. It looks like they got 4 inches of rain yesterday and she was complaining about the flooding and that something needs to be done to make sure it doesnt happen anymore. The solution is called moving to the mountains.
