If it's such a great idea (and it is) then fund it. Don't keep passing the buck on to someone else. I'm sure in order for this to be effective and in compliance with various regulations and credentialing bodies you need to have licensed counselors, social workers and other trained professionals working with these programs.

I doubt Rutgers is just throwing these students in a room once a day with coffee and donuts and reciting the 12 steps.
