Rutgers Recruit for 2017 F Andre Ratus

Per Zags, RU recently offered 2017 Baltimore F Andre Rafus.

Kid is being heavily recruited by many of the big schools as well.

Another interesting tidbit is that he will be playing for Roselle Catholic next year - which hopefully will be a plus for Rutgers.

BEP, should be a good thing as he can come to a lot of games.

Not a lot of schools will have the ability to bring him to their games.
