Absolutely no idea on their opponents "strength of schedule" but they had very good seasons ending in 2019 and 2023, OK ending 2022, and not so good ending 2020. Didn't play the '20-'21 season.

As someone said, stats don't mean a lot, but it is suggestive that they are / should be competitive.
