Rutgers down a notch to 75
Oregon is 35
Oregon is 35
I can add up the 3s per team, but just because a team has a certain number of 3s, doesn't mean it's an effective offense.....some teams force up a lot of 3s, like Penn State, Iowa, Wisconsin and Ohio State. Others have their best players as inside players like Maryland with Derek Queen and Julian Reese and neither are going to be 3 point shooters.Again, just adding up made threes would be better.
When you start excluding things you need a pretty good reason to do so, and “because it fits my narrative” is not a good reason.
To be clear I’m not accusing you of being dishonest or anything, what you are doing is a natural and common thing to do. But people really underestimate how much they start skewing things when they exclude stuff all willy nilly
Acuff is at 39% this year and 34% for his career.JWill, Derkack, JMike, Acuff can't hit the 3 at 30%, can't hit the open 3 at 35%, can't convert on drives, no special talent for the down court pass, not great on D, few steals and not forcing turnover with pressure, below average rebounding for guards, below average in transition offense. If they weren't wearing the uniforms, they would not look like basketball players at all.
As a Giants fan, I’m jealous. Even if the Giants do win another Super Bowl after I die, it would never be like the one in Philly or most places. 90% of football fans live and die by the Eagles as well as other places. Meanwhile you got the parade in NY while the team plays in Jersey and it’s split with the Jets… and all the other tshirt/ TV fans who route for the national teams like Cowboys, Niners, Steelers, Raiders, Chiefs, etc.Just got back from the parade.
Eagles are a world class organization.
And Philly sure knows how to throw incredible parades.
not to steal @rutgersal playbook.....they probably didn't have to.Would Marylan or Wisconsin ever recruit sub 25% 3pt shooters as transfers?
Pike yes a good head coach definitelyDepends on the players imo as different players respond better to different styles. I do not believe there is anything Pike could be doing after the season started that would give us more than say, two more wins in expectation.
Wonder if you said the same thing when people were shot at the Kansas City parade?Really? Two people were shot, Imagine if they had lost
What a crap hole.
like Martini he tried and was in the right placeIt is just you. Oskar playing defense?
The data is just what it is...how else should I show it??
It’s Pike and Hobbs screwed us. No reason for us to take it! Time to change. Bad coaching has been talked about and identified by all. Some provide excuses as reasons to keep Pike.. When the team doesn’t even try at home it’s over. Iowa was that nail in the coffinI said it weeks ago. We’ve positioned ourselves where the only narrative around the team for the next 1-3 months will be “how did this go so wrong” “look how RU grossly underperformed with 2 NBA lottery picks”
these type of articles and probably even national media on tv will be talking about this. And it’ll be a several month exercise of pointing the finger. Dissecting who is to blame. And likely just general sh***ting on RU athletic dept
Half agree.
Shel: it’s not an Xs and Os failure due to coach knowledge deficit and ineptitude like some allege. He knows the game as much as any other coach.
By65: Instead, Pike’s too soft on the players. He lets them all be selfish chuckers. No accountability or shitty play guardrails. And not just this year. Players don’t learn because the coach doesn’t care.
A top tier coach wouldn’t allow that and we’d still have a shot at the NCAAs if Pappy Pike wasn’t running things.
Always a congratulatory pat on the ass when he takes players out. Rah rah rah.
Possibly but it’s all true ! Pike not the guy and is bringing us to the lowest levels . No need to debate . Change is comingNo byline... article is written by "RU in VA"... reads like a post from a disgusted fan on this board
