Pike 17 wins vs top 25

Since 2020, Greg 2; we are 0-13 against ranked opponents, 0-14 if you include the Gator Bowl. Of those, we are 0-9 combined against Michigan Ohio State and Penn State, not too many programs have had wins against them in the years we lost to them. The other losses we had were Indiana in 20, Michigan State in 21, Iowa in 23 and Illinois by 7 this year. We need a win, it’s an embarrassing statistic, but from where we were after Ash, it’s really not that surprising.
Ya at least we’re not losing 50-0 now.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday Big 10 Games Prediction Thread

I don’t know, I got no dog in this but refs and Tom Izzo and his status, the whole thing is broken. I’ll explain

Oregon pulls ahead in the 2nd half and Michigan State clearly fouls the Oregon but Izzo blows a gasket and gets tee’d up. Oregon couldnt get a call after that, ball goes out on Michigan St, doesn’t matter they get the ball. They foul, calls stop. They get touched they get the call. It’s really unfair and like I said I have no love for Oregon, just how I see it

What makes a coach like Rick Pitino able to take a school, in just two years, high into the D1 rankings: opinions please?

The full court pressure defense wears out opponents .On offense ball and player movement generates dribble drives to the basket and or short jump shots.St,Johns also is tenacious in getting offensive rebounds.Pitino is a great game day coach as seen against UConn where they were behind by double digits in the first half and quickly caught up by half time.In the last minutes of the game UConn couldn't get a open shot while St,Johns made clutch shots. They are now 21-3 and should be ranked in the top 10.
