Yeah, sure. But Ackman bought it! :)NKE's 3 year chart is perfectly terrible. Top left to bottom right.
Todays move brings NKE back down to 2015 levels, ATH's it set after a great run coming out of the GFC. So maybe there is some support here?
Rev's are expected to drop in 2025(we are already in the 3rd qtr), stay flat in 2026 and rise minimally in 2027.
Fairly similar story for EPS with 2028 expected to be below 2024's EPS.
So although it's very cheap relative to itself on a TTM PE, it's still relatively expensive on a FTM.
Probably not... But you are now putting him in his best position instead of his weakest...I agree but very unlikely he gets a turn. Miller was so much bigger and stronger.
Source, what is the current state of SHU's athletic programs? Do they bleed money? if so, how much? The lion's share of Marquette's $25 million in revenue will be plowed back into the department as operational revenue as it always has, but given their relative abundance as compared to many other BB-onlies, I think you'll see them devote more toward this than many peers. Because they can. They also have a pretty good third-party/collective program, which I imagine will continue to supplement that pool of money. Programs with middling or paltry third-party operations will likely abandon them and focus their energy on traditional athletic development like our Pirate Blue or your Scarlet R, which I think is the university-run athletic fundraising arm, right? (To be clear, I'm not grouping your collectives in with that group.)
I agree but very unlikely he gets a turn. Miller was so much bigger and stronger. Why not put Harer on top and see if he can get a turn?
Progress is rarely linear except in the minds of the hundreds of yo-yo's here that think they understand basketball and player development. You got to let them learn from their mistakes in order to get better. Jacob Young is another prime example.JMike is the personification of "progress is not linear." But you can definitely see that some of his bad habits -- most principally his penchant for driving into the trees and getting shots blocked -- have been coached out of his play or at least reduced. I've noticed several times in this three-game stretch where he drove into the lane but then backed out when he realized that he had little chance of successfully getting to the rim.
He's just been a steadying force and is making things happen, without the extreme negatives that has often come with his play. Now if he could just get better at free throws...
I'm thinking not.Is Harer on bottom a good idea?
