OT: Real Estate Question - Toms River/Brick and area

Anything near the beach seems pretty high in cost $800K plus, unless you take a smaller or older home with work, but not sure where @yesrutgers01 is looking.
We looked at homes from Middletown to Milford. Nothing on a beach. But a couple on golf courses.
There was a new construction 3000 sq ft 4 bed 3 bath .3 acre of a GC for 465 and after all options we would select- about $540k. Under 3 k tax and at 65, that goes down to about 1k.

I get it…Delaware- yuck lol

But it was nicer than I thought.

Cliff used exactly as he should be. Zero classic post up touches. All shots are dunks or within 6 inches of the rim.

They had him moving around down low to be in position to attack the rim with dunks when the ball is dumped off to him. He looked good!

Impressive coaching staff at Alabama. I wonder if Cliff knew that posting up on the block was not going to happen.

Alabama's version of Cliff would be perfect for Harper and Bailey. Bummer.
Yup, perfect fit for what we needed. If only we had an extra 7 figured laying around *sigh*

We weren’t going undefeated

I too like Greg.As a person.As. A FB coach it's up for grabs. The last undefeated team we had was 48 years ago.I was secured at Giants Stadium on Thanksgiving' Day nite. Beat Colgate the Stadium loudspeakers broadcast the sound of the RU bells ringing on campus. Great nite. BUT it was SO long ago. 48 years .Almost half of my 99 years(as of this coming Wed.
We finished that season with Colgate. Our schedule back then was slightly different than it is today.

Rutgers New Brunswick students release a 'terrorist-like' message to their school, demanding that the school cut ties with Israel.

Arguing with yourself again, huh?

Please quote directly where I said 10/7 was not a tragedy or that Jews cannot defend themselves. Any failure to cite a line is just another example of you making things up.

I am glad you admit never having been to Israel and that you and the rest of the right have no idea what's going on. Here's what a Jewish American and former Israeli resident says.

You accuse proudly Jewish Americans of antisemitism, and it's sickening. What has anyone "on the left" said any differently?

But it gets so much worse for you.

You then call Netanyahu "President" and say we can only believe the Hamas charter and not their communications. Why?

Bin Laden attacked the US because, in his own words, of US stationing of troops in Saudi Arabia. Had nothing to do with anything you mentioned, but it is hilarious that you think in 2001 that gays were protected in the US- you realize DADT was in place at that time and the military was firing desperately needed Arabic translators because they were gay? If he hated the West, why not attack a 10x more progressive country like the Netherlands, that in 2001 had gay marriage already, legal prostitution, etc? A woman today in Colombia has more rights than an American one. You are just spewing right wing pablum, where America is the second greatest country (ofc Israel #1!). What Bin Laden did was heinous but it wasn't about anything but his crazed views and had nothing to do with the (perceived, increasingly lacking) freedoms in this country.

I was at RU during the Iraq War and plenty of people on campus were doing what you're doing now- rehashing John Bolton foreign policy, nibbling at the edge of Islamophobia while taking big bites every so often, claiming US foreign policy revolved around Israel, etc. How did that go?

What happened is because you and others on the right are so hyperfocused on Israel that you let a massive right wing antisemitism flourish.

Sorry not sorry that I put the lives of American Jews peacefully praying in a Pittsburgh synagogue over Hamas, Hezbollah, or anything going on outside of this country. What happened to America First? Ah yes- it's inconvenient when right wing Americans engage in terrorism, in Pittsburgh, Charlottsville, Poway, Jan 6, among countless others- so let's talk about Israel instead. It's easy to condemn terrorism when the knife is in a brown hand, but so hard when it's in a white one. That's what this is about. Trying to make an 18 year old on a college quad repeating what Bernie Sanders and other proud Jewish Americans say everyday into antisemitism. It trivializes the lives of all Americans, especially Jews, and trivializes Israeli ones in the process. There is a reason why anti semites like Stefanik call Jan 6 terrorists "hostages." Why you're happy to let that pass while railing on a college student is obvious to me but sad nonetheless.
Here we go again with the whataboutism. You keep on repeating Pittsburgh, Charlottsville, Poway, and January 6th. Let me make this perfectly clear for you - They are all evil acts and we should eliminate evil. Anyone who kills someone or attempts to kill someone because of racism should be eliminated. I don't care if they're white or not.

Now that you understand how I feel about racism, the evil acts you mention do not make it OK for Hamas to do whatever they want. There's a growing swell of antisemitism going on in the world and I feel I have to say something. That's why I talk about Israel. You're so upset that I fail to mention Pittsburgh every time we talk, but you never mention all the deaths of Arabs in Yemen and Syria. and neither does the media. That just screams racism.

Now that you bring up the left/right, It's true that there are racist on the right, but not everyone on the right is racist. Most on the left are anti-Israel, but not all. Why is that? Is it possible that there are some of the left have looked at the facts and stopped believing the Hamas propaganda? Bernie is a decent man, but he's unaware of a lot of facts. He does believe that Israel has a right to exist and he's upset about the deaths of civilians. Unfortunately, he's pointing the blame at the wrong side. There would be no deaths if Hamas didn't attack.

Here's what Bin Laden believed:
Bin Laden criticized the U.S. for its secular form of governance, calling upon Americans to convert to Islam and reject the immoral acts of fornication, homosexuality, intoxicants, gambling, and usury, in a letter published in late 2002. Bin Laden believed that the Islamic world was in crisis and that the complete restoration of Sharia law would be the only way to set things right in the Muslim world. He opposed such alternatives as secular government, as well as pan-Arabism, socialism, communism, and democracy. He subscribed to the Athari (literalist) school of Islamic theology.
