We are going to HAMMER VT and Washington

Kyle Monangai will lead the way, and vault himself into Heisman consideration. 143 rushing yards Vs VT last year. This year, he will cross 150 rushing yards. Washington gave up 303 rushing yards to Michigan last year, and this year, their defense is worse.

  • 166 Rushing yards to Weber State
  • 124 rushing yards to Eastern Michigan
Rutgers will break 250 rushing yards vs VT and Washington and will have more than 200 passing yards. Both teams will be blown out.

You heard it here, first.

Pre Season Versus Reality

Less than a month ago, Florida St was a playoff team, and VaTech was a trendy pick to win the ACC. And if everything went according to plan. the Hype around undefeated Washington and undefeated Rutgers was gonna be epic.

Until it wasn't

Both games look more winnable than they did in August, but winning either or both won't add as much to our ranking as we hoped.

Congratulations and Thank You Sebastian Rivera

Congratulations - Sebastian Rivera on accepting the position of Assistant Wrestling Coach at Columbia University.

OT: The official ACC all things thread

Since the last one was inexplicitly locked by the powers that be no good reason (yet 947 other OT threads not relating to sports remain open), and most posters favoring an ongoing thread regarding this soon to be decimated league s opposed to seperate threads, I figured I’d start an official “all things ACC” thread that will be continuous

For anyone on Twitter, I’d recommend following DK21 (Danielle Kelly). She’s a personal friend, and although admitelly biased, knows her stuff

There is a few other good followers as well, but I’m not on Twitter. I see the stuff sending hand

High and Tight Running Style

I notice how as soon as any player gets the ball, whether it is a wide open receiver in the end zone or a running back about to hit the line of scrimmage, they hold the ball high and tight like no other team i have ever seen in college or NFL. i understand it is designed to prevent fumbling. It's like the ball carrying arm doesn't move at all, and two arms pumping would help you run faster. Is it possible tho it is preventing that break away speed needed for Kyle to get a touchdown on his long runs? I understand its purpose, but it is very weird, and Pacheco doesn't do it and don't think he did in college.
