Rutgers funding in jeopardy because of mass migration out of NJ!

Our property taxes are as bad as NJ's. it's good stuff. We have been crushing owners in Chicago with raises to property taxes and water bills lately. But for investors from Cali/ Colorado still way better cap rates so money is flowing in still.

The answer is to get rid of all the redundant towns. I grew up on Ocean Monmouth county. My High school absorbed kids from loch arbor, allenhurst. But those towns have their own police, etc. There is no need for all these little towns in the state to have their own police, fire, school board...

I won't hit on the first part because I am unsure if having Covid and taking HCQ is different than a healthy person just taking HCQ when they visit a 3rd world country. But I understand the point you're getting at. The second part I would whole heartedly disagree with. It trickles down, It is...

Someone has to pay for it right? Computers cost money and so does internet, would also need bump pay to teachers for the sixth day. (OT). Do the computers get returned at all or in working condition? Still think the bigger issue is tracking kids with less parental support. Knowing a lot of CPS...

My wife is a teacher, I can assure you it's not this simple. So many factors go into it. Her district has am/pm classes (like kindergarten), bumped up janitorial etc. The reality is it's going to expose teachers, teachers will expose kids, people will get sick. Bussing is a issue. Subs is an...
