    I think the NCAA should do more to ensure that bowl games get played. Go down the list of 5-7 teams by APR, then the 4-8 teams by APR. Then all FCS teams 9-3 and better by record and APR. Finally, allow teams to play in more than one bowl game. All else fails, the third string of an NFL team.
