OT: Chris Rock just destroyed Will Smith on Netflix

Spot on analysis-he makes fun of everyone. His podcast (Monday Morning Podcast on Spotify) is great also, especially when he answers emails from his audience. Sometimes it's very insightful, and sometimes it's downright hysterical.

Football VIDEO: Greg Schiano talks Indiana postgame

UNC was Ray's Sophomore year. His 1st game was that tough loss to Illinois in 2005.

Delaware Wing-T is the answer-Tubby Raymond (literally) wrote the book on it. Gleeson can read it tonight, install it tomorrow, walk through Friday and be ready on Saturday.

    OT: 2022-23 NHL thread….Devils & Rangers & Islanders

I think he's as good as anyone for that job. Great at taking a mediocre team and making them better. Does he have the horses (and patience) to do that in Philly? Press conferences will be epic.

    OT: 2022-23 NHL thread….Devils & Rangers & Islanders

Good point-if you're interested in other games on TBS, TNT Fubo doesn't carry those networks. I didn't miss it much except I have yet to see Paul "Biz Nasty" Bissonnette on camera.

    OT: 2022-23 NHL thread….Devils & Rangers & Islanders

I have FuboTV-gets all the Rangers games (and I think Devils too). I think they let you do a 1 week trial so you can see if you like it. Very sports-based, which works for me (BTN, SEC Network, YES, etc). Check it out.

Not the biggest Mika fan. I guess he was complaining to the refs after Sunday's game about the no-call on the trip? Good for Gallant telling him to shut up.

The offseason acquisition of players who like to get theirs hands dirty has been huge. Also Gallant>Quinn.

OT: 2021-22 NHL Regular Season Thread

Kakko had a nice pass to Panarin on the goal that was disallowed. He tends to be around the puck more; Laf disappears for periods on end. Gauthier had more scoring opportunities than Laf last night-shouldn't be that way. Glad they held on-Florida is nasty and relentless. They beat up...

OT: Favorite and Least Favorite Halloween Candy

They still make Necco Wafers-my dad loves them, as well as Kandy Korn and Black Crows (basically an entire box of licorice jujyfruits). We give them to him as gifts and he always says he wont share any. No arguments here......

    OT: Cheap Beer thread

I worked on a project in Chicago for a few years from 2012-2015 - Schlitz had been reintroduced to the market as being brewed with its original recipe. Miller's Pub in Chicago had it in 16 oz cans-it was good!

    OT: Cheap Beer thread

Plain old Genny (in the white can) is very solid. Pairs good with a Garbage Plate during my visits to Rochester for my kids' hockey tournaments. First favorite cheap beer-Stroh's. They were huge in the 80s and one of the early adopters of the 30-pack. Favorite cheap beer now is High Life-it's...

OT: 2021 NHL Regular Season Thread

As a Rangers fan I never noticed his exuberance until now-it's over the top. It will be a tall task for the Bruins tonight-Carlo and Miller out, and Tuukka might not be 100%.

OT: 2021 NHL Regular Season Thread

I guess I'm just pissed that Michelletti is so pro-Islanders. As a Rangers announcer I'd think he'd be a little more impartial. The Isles have done a great job on faceoffs, and also they play such a great system it's been tough for the Bruins to get much going. We were screaming at the TV late...

Cassidy should have been complaining about the knee to knee hit on Pastrnak in the 3rd period. Despite Michelletti's fawning over a great " shoulder to shoulder hit" it was a dirty play.

OT: 2021 NHL Regular Season Thread

Lots of chances for the Bruins to go up 2 in the 3rd on the PPs. Isles did what they do best-keep it close and be strong on the forecheck. They outplayed Boston in OT until Marchand's goal. It will be interesting to see how the Bruins hold up against the Isles' physical play. Saturday should...
