    We own at Copper Creek. It's a fabulous place. Close enough to the MK but feels like you're miles away. Great dining and recreational options. Geyser Point is a great place for a drink and casual meal. One of my favorites.

    IMO Bay Lake theme park view rooms have the best views in WDW. Views of the fireworks and the rest of the monorail resorts are amazing!

    We're going to the MNSSHP on August 22. Paid $99 per ticket with my DVC discount. The parties are lots of fun. Lower crowds trick or treating and special characters. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Kids have alot of fun. Lots of people in costumes and the park looks really cool!

    Heading down in a few weeks. Staying at the Grand Floridian. I'll post a quick update when we get back. Lots of news sources and blogs reporting lower crowds this year for many reasons. We'll see.

    Grand Floridian is selling at 207 a point direct through Disney now with the incentives, which is a good price. Don't worry about missing the deadline, they roll out new discounts all the time. Like I said before, we stayed there this August and it is an awesome resort.

    For us the expiration date didn't come into play. We bought at Copper Creek, which we absolutely love a year or so after it went on sale. If your interested in purchasing DVC, I would highly recommend stopping and a kiosk at whatever resort you stay at or in one of the parks or check out Disney's DVC website.
