    OT: National Bourbon Day

A friend gave me a snort of Clyde May' s bourbon from Alabama last night. Loved it and rocked my socks! I'm not even a bourbon guy - scotch is so much more fulfilling to me, and prefer Irish whiskey way more than bourbon typically.

OT: Jordan Mailata - Eagles draft Australian Rugby Giant

The soft tissue thing makes zero sense to me. I would think that there's few successful rugby players who have soft tissue issues. Does this even make sense?

Fake news. I've had three of these implants already!

OT: Redskins / Redskins Cheerleaders scandal?

I hope you're just trying too have fun with this. And doing it poorly. They get paid $1,000 a year. For this trip they had their passports taken away. Topless photo shoot in front of fans. Paired up as escorts for execs. Obscenely gross stuff.

After the MOVE incident I remember the Pravda headline reportedly as "Philadelphia Mayor Bombs Ghetto."

Tejay Johnson cuts a deal for 15 yrs in prison

I know this is off subject, but is Easton Ave really a bad street? I have a hard time believing that. It certainly wasn't a crime area in the 80's-90's when i lived there. Not at all, and I grew up in the burbs.

OT: Anyone have any experience flooring an attic?

I'd go with 3/4" and screw it down. Don't worry about cross bracing. 1/2" sags too much at 24" on center. You would only save a couple dollars per sheet using 5/8".

Dumb question from an MSU fan

When I take the train, I typically walk across the Landing Lane Bridge, and then stop at a couple local bars. Even if you have a lot of cash, it's a better game day experience for me. But if you're not game for walking an extra mile, take the bus shuttle and then stop at a couple bars before...

September 24, 1988 -- The Goal Line Stand -- Were You There?

I was there and it was the greatest road game I've been to. Incredibly fun. I remember noticing that PSU fans were all exceptionally nice and courteous about the whole thing, especially considering I was a (slightly) obnoxious and drunk undergrad.

*** If you live outside of NJ, where are you watching the game? ***

Home. I still haven't found any bars that carry the BTN on the Catskills or Hudson Valley.

    OT: Water powered sump pump

I figured for $60 was a typo or a scam. Who goes to your house for less than $60 except for deliverymen and taxis? If you have any finishes in your basement, will pay for itself the first rainstorm with power outages.

    Post win locker room

I'm still pumped this morning. The Rutgers men put it all out there yesterday. Huge win and there's more to come and they know it. Fantastic.

If you want to pretend we're nyc's team, go to college gameday in the city Saturday

Disagree that we don't want a bar showing Rutgers games. There's Rutgers fans that want to watch the game. That's why we go. Is there any other cities you would prefer that there were no viewing parties?
