    Summit and Millburn are about 20 minutes or less from EWR and both have a lot of nice restaurants plus you can walk around town and kill some time as well. Both are upscale towns. Not sure you can walk around in Newark after lunch.

    Rutgers fans are tailgaters. People were still coming in into the 2nd quarter and it has always been that way. The stadium was pretty full by deep into the 2nd quarter.

    Old Man Raffertys in New Brunswick is a nice place for a family meal and right in the middle of town. Reasonable prices, great desserts which the kids can look at in advance of choosing in the dessert case in the store section.
