I spoke over the weekend with 2020 PF Kareem Reid and he seems to be settling in nicely in high school ball as well as AAU with New Rens. He unsurprisingly hasn't started ranking any of his schools but Rutgers remains one of his best offers. He's a well-spoken kid and rising in the Rivals rankings, so the coaching staff would be wise to keep in touch with him during the summer. I have a piece on the way which dives deeper into it.

I don't know about the "rising in the Rivals rankings" part.

For the 2020 class we just expanded from a top 75 to a top 100 list. Reid is at No. 92 which is a good spot for him rn. It is still early for kids in that class.

Kid has a chance to be really good tho.

Is his Dad the PG from NYC of the same name?
Was thinking the SAME thing. Kareem Reid, good little nyc guard (when nyc produced good PGs annually. Sigh) that went down south and played for Arkansas.
