An incredible number of players get nominated, so a nomination isn't really any indication of how good a player is.
But so far as I know, the NJ nominees are not playing for RU.

I would think the majority of McD AAs are offensive minded players. Being 220th in scoring offense doesn't usually attract those type of players but there are exceptions.

Recruiting a plus 100 player used to be a rarity for CVS recruiting. Times have changed. We will be in big trouble starting next year and then total gloom after Tyler leaves. I predict CVS will leave prior to my gloom prediction. The next coach will then have a probable close to .500 season and there will be a cry for the "Hall of Fame" coach to come back. CVS should have left 10 years ago!
This statement is ridiculous. That would have meant that RU would not go to the Final Four in 2007.
How short-term is the memory around here?
RU is not doing as well as we would like but really....

Not to mention the Elite 8 in 2008 and the Sweet 16 in 2009 (which would mean that I wouldn't have seen one of my top 3 favorite RU games I've attended).
