Caleb continually overestimates his abilities. He is not an efficient 3 point shooter, his passing is mediocre at best, and he is either stripped of the ball or is stuffed when he tries to post up. He is like the .290 batting average baseball player who hits mainly singles and doubles but after hitting a few home runs figures he should always swing for the fences……and he does so to the tune of a .230 batting average and 12 home runs.

Matt Carpenter was that guy. Some how he was good last year.

OP didn’t talk about the NBA so it was worth the read.

Back in the day Rafael Santana would hit a HR and then you got 5 days in a row of pop outs.

Not sure how this analogy fits with Caleb though

Rafael Santana was a better three point shooter than Tim Teufel, but neither were good rebounders.

It's better than the fifty-million "the referees hate us" threads and posts...

It’s a shame his 3 point shot has gone down the drain. He would have an outside shot at a 3 and D spot in the nba if he could hit the 3 at a reasonable rate.
