Think we should have a short list, start interviewing / determine the best time to replace HCKF.
If he is replaced too close to NSD we might lose some recruits....and if replaced now, we might lose more.
But, they, our fans, student base / alums need to know that we're "in it to win it". Therefore, let's do this right, and show that Rutgers is RELEVANT/ dedicated to Winning (the right way): FAMILY is great, but so is individual / team development (without it we get a dysfunctional FAMILY that isn't worth a dam).
With Flood there's been a deluge this year ....way to much water under the bridge (the emails, the arrests, the stubbornness/ unwillingness to TRY to correct our problems ON the field).
So not if but when do we actually do this?
And does Julie have the backing? I believe she has the balls. If not- we should look at a two-fer: (i.e. AD / HC....Maybe GS, or some other high profile coach would be attracted to this kind of situation).
