Alabama vs. LSU (Great Game)

Yea it's been a good game. I'm actually more impressed with LSU's defense. Alabama's D is doing what they always do and LSU's offense has never been anything to write home about over the years anyway. Alabama's offense on the other hand is pretty good like 15 overall or so and top 10 in scoring. Aranda's D has done a nice job containing them.

I hope LSU can pull off the upset but their offense hasn't shown the slightest bit of anything yet. As good as their defense is playing they still need to move the ball some and score.

I hope for the same thing RUGUY. I love a well deserved upset.

Oh well so much for doing anything with that TO. More inept game management and bad offense. 2 timeouts gone and still in the 3rd qtr of a tight game.

Good defense or bad offense?
I think good defense on LSU's end. I think good defense by Alabama too but it's easier to say that for them because I don't think LSU's offense is that great to begin with.

Great defense. I love defensive battles. This is a great game and I knew Bama -7 was a trap im glad i stayed away from it

I hate to say it but that TD could be the game, unless LSU gets some big offensive/ST play or wakes up some how of offense. A big Fournette run or ST return is needed badly now.

I feel like they've lost a little something on defense emotionally since that first TD, the interception after didn't help either. Letting Hurts convert a few 3rd and longs on the ground no less. Any 2 score game whether 10 or 14 is likely too much for them to overcome.

Good defense or bad offense?
LSU's offense is a classic case of bad coaches squandering talent. Odell Beckham. Jr. and Jarvis Landry are 2 of the better receivers in the NFL. Were either of them even All-SEC? That said, Alabama's defense is ferocious.

Herman's luster may have come off a little recently but they should try and hire him if they can or some good offensive coach like him. He was roommates with Aranda at one time in their past. Good offensive coach like Herman paired with a good defensive coach like Aranda seems like it would be a good combo. Saban's losses pretty much have come against spread offenses over the years too.
