As a Major in the Space Force and a pretty outspoken Rutgers guy, I had ~10 friends email me this story yesterday saying they were expecting to see me. I'm happy for this Sergeant though and glad that she's enjoying her interservice transfer from the Army.

Maybe she did apply. Slots at OCS eb and flow depending on unemployment - even during the peak of Afghanistan and Iraq there were periods OCS and OTS has pretty low acceptance rates.
