This can't be true. Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the country.

Except if you're on the terrorist list, then the NRA makes sure you are able to get a weapon.
The right to own a gun is not the problem, some of the people that are able to legally buy them is.
Also guns bought legally in one state, because of lax gun laws, are easily sold illegally in another state makes strict gun laws look like they aren't working .
