Meyer is just trying to be interesting for his book sales.
There is 0% chance he is encouraging 12% of his roster to leave on an annual basis.

Interesting that when I was reading the description of urban Meyer approach I thought it sounded similar to flood...as I read on, the poster said it was a contrast to flood. Interesting how people view things differently.I think it was all about Meyer and Ohio State and his philosophies. I only heard a few minutes but the part I did Meyer talked about the 10% elite on his team, the 80% who have to work at everything and the 10% who were lost. He said that latter group he would give opportunity to make amends but was not about taking time out from helping the other 90% to focus on that "bad" 10%. That struck me given the contrast to Flood who gives 2nd and 3rd chances and how he used horrible decision making with Barnwell and it turned out the rest of the team suffered. Its interesting that Meyer said something to the effect they recruit guys that "fit" into the Ohio State type of person and those that don't fit he encourages to leave. I think the contrast between he and Flood was so stark in how they manage and pay attention to detail in a program
Will Hill smoked a ton of weed and banged tons of chicks without condoms.
He didn't walk around campus in a ski mask robbing drug dealers.
But cool story, bro...
Not to in any way pardon the Scarlet Criminals who stole from drug dealers, they are bottom feeding scum in my book, but Will Hill's actions have a greater societal cost. Most could give two craps about what one group of thugs does to another, but we'll see how meaningless you find Will Hill's irresponsible sex when in 15 years you're vacationing in FL and one of his off-spring from a single-parent household without a solid male role model mugs you at gun point.
Racist much?
I'll file your knowledge of Will Hill's parenting techniques in the list of things you don't know shite about...
ruhudson, just don't invite Will to NJ for a St. Peter's reunion, he will get arrested.

It was covered extensively on several programs on BTN, including (off the top of my head) a recent Big Ten Elite on the 2014 season and the E60 on ESPN about Zeke Elliott. Watch those and tell me what you think.I wonder if the kid who committed suicide last year was part of the 10 percent Mr. Meyer didn't care about. Press covered that tragedy in the middle of their championship run not at all.
