There will probably be a lot of tanking going on. At the moment, I don't see much to root for in Chicago (meaning they are unlikely to be successful). I will continue to root for the Mercury and Liberty. I fear the Mercury are really going nowhere, either. The Liberty and Aces are almost certainly the class of the league.Throw the LA uni out, NOW! May you wipe the floor with it, the way they dumped you, and Wheeler. As I sent her a message last night, since Bird retired, and Breanna Stewart is now with NY Liberty it's going to be an interesting year. I will root loudly for the Sky, and Kahleah,
KTF, you know the West Coast teams better than anyone. So, question, is Piph still with Seattle, or did she retire?
I can't find a definitive answer anyplace. Thanks.
Griner has said she plans to play in 2023: https://sports360az.com/2022/12/brittney-griner-plans-to-play-in-2023/
I believe Piph is a free agent. She may find a home with a roster looking for a veteran guard who can play both 1 and 2.
A LOT of rosters are in flux right now.
Prince signed a training camp contract with the Liberty (announced today).KTF, you know the West Coast teams better than anyone. So, question, is Piph still with Seattle, or did she retire?

I read an article from a day or so ago after Stewart signed that NY values her defensive ability to guard the 1-4 very much, Betnijah that isHopefully, Betnijah stays with the Liberty.
