The double reverse was a truly stupid play play call in that situation, but Gio looked hurt to me on the series before Odin went in. He took some shots in that series.

Seriously, that was one of the dumbest playcalls I've ever seen. You have some momentum, in the redzone... and you play a ridiculous trick play with slower players.

We have our QB and his name is GIO. Why keep doing this? Everyone knows Oden is going to run.
Gio is obviously hurt an they wanted to run a QB draw. Gio has been limping and hasn't ran since.
But why run something that the defense would 100% know you are running? Keep Gio in there and run Goodwin, Hicks or Martin... with the threat of a screen pass. Especially when Gio's playing so well.
This is why I just don't have faith in Drew. Not a smart play call.

Gio Cleary hobbled and limited. Good game by RU. The dummies will show their stupidity but once this guy recruits some players this will be a very competitive program.

The last time they put in Oden it was cause Gio couldn't run the play they wanted. I still don't like it because everyone knows what he's going to do. Just run it instead....but putting in Oden after the missed FG was a huge mistake and wasted a drive when we had momentum
