Barchi is coming off like you would want your leader to be, decisive, have a plan and execute the plan. Looks like the decision on Flood and Julie were made on Friday, Hobbs was offered the job last Friday. I didn't hear any leaks, just got it done! Very professional and let's hope it's a good hire and he has a plan in mind for the next coaching staff and executes that quickly as well.
I am impressed with Barchi having the plan in place and looking for someone with pedigree as AD.
Barchi has grown in the public role of prez. That's all you can ask is that people grow as time goes on. Something that doomed Flood and JH, largely because they were both so bereft of credentials that the growth required them to be other people to get the job done.
