B1G MLAX: OSU beats #1 UMD in College Park

As predicted, there will be no teams who go through this league undefeated. It's just too good. Shocker though as this one was at Maryland. On senior day. This is becoming a rivalry game.
RU needs to win today, bottom line. OSU is going to be a bear next week. But if we can get that one somehow, it looks like an even more impressive win.

If we lose, we’re in major jeopardy of missing the B1G tourney. The importance of tonight can’t be overstated.
B1G needs to do a 6 team tourney starting next year. Have 1 and 2 get byes, and have 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5 in the first round. We are at the point where every team is good and every team is capable of beating one another.
Acc is having all 5 of their teams in their tourney next year. The B1G is doing a disservice by not doing it.
Had the Terps won, all we needed was to win one of PSU/OSU and we were in the B1G tourney. Now it is a bit more complicated. If we beat PSU it gives us some back doors but really it all comes down to OSU. Win and we are in regardless of tonight’s outcome. If we win tonight but lose to OSU we need PSU to lose to Mich next week. Of course we win both we are in regardless and we are in much better shape for the NCAAs.
OSU will be a very tough game. Penn St has Michigan at Penn St. They aren’t losing that game.
Good thing that isn't us. Grown man win tonight vs PSU. One game season now...beat OSU and we are golden.
Hey, OSU got it done on the road against MD and Rutgers failed to close there after leading with about 5 minutes to go. Time for RU to go on the road and win a big B1G game and earn its ticket.
