NCAA BB Changes- After watching the NCAA Tournament I see several areas in which the Basketball side needs to catch up with Football.
1) The Shot-clock review- now review can be made for 36 minutes of the game- (Only last two minutes) Football has reviews to see of the snap was taken prior to play clock violation-
2) Goaltend call cost SMU the game in the first round of te tourney not reviewable- in football all scoring plays are reviewable if there is any question.
3) Who was the pball out of bounds off of- in tournament was reviewd mre often but not everytime. Lville MSU game.
4) Coaches challanges- Basketball has none- even MLB with 7 umpires and a much slower game has challanges make it one challange per half. We all remember the RU Tennesse game- issue with the clock, or te BE tournament game when the officals left the court with no review (that screwed the mens team)
