Purdue at Maryland....Terps simply keep winning and thiis is a game Purdue needs if they have any hope of winning the conference regular season title. Should be a down to the wire classic with the Terps prevailing.

Rutgers at Penn State...should be an ugly game but PSU has more talent

Minnesota at Illinois....no more excuses for Little Ricky, his team needs to start winning and they shlould. Groce days may be numbered

Ohio State at Michigan....A game that the Wolverines must win if they want to make a NCAA push, Buckeyes have been sputtering for Matta.

Indiana at Wisconsin....Hoosiers on quite the rollercoaster and don't seem to have the makeup to win a game like this on the road

Nebraska at Iowa....Resurgent Hawkeyes have revived their NCAA hopes but who knows what Nebby team shows today.

If all went to form going in to B1G tourney
LOCKS wisc, md, pur, NW
bubble MSU, MU, IU, Minny

I revise my earlier thought and 6 get in. Going with MSU and MU

If Little Ricky can get to 9-9 and 20-11, they will get in with the strong OOC stuff if they win one Big 10 tourney game.

However that means going 6-3 the rest of the way. Here is the schedule

at Illinois
Iowa
at Rutgers
Indiana
Michigan
at Maryland
Penn State
Nebraska
at Wisconsin

Its a much more favorable schedule for them than their first half schedule. Sure they should lose at Wisky and Maryland but Illinois and RU on the road are doable. The home games are not exactly murders row. Throw in one slip up. Certainly not a large margin for error but very doable.

LR is 15-7 3-6 right now. 5-4 gets him to 20-11 8-10. 6-3 is 21-10.

Lots of games with them favored by 1 to 5 points. they are the 14th best defense measured by kenpom. Given LR past team's defense it is a major improvement. they are another team that will be very good next year.

i have said this too much and this is not the spot, but next year is going to be brutal. we could improve a ton and still finish 3-15 or 4-14

Purdues guards don't play defense.

Spike Albrecht in the game. Not sure how that is possible. Wasn't he Rumeal Robinsons backup?

Costly loss for Michigan at home against Ohio State...Buckeyes win 70-66 and will head home brimming with confidence

Minnesota won at Illinois 68-59 to end their skid
