For Enes Kanter and Doug McDermott, both 25, both probable starters likely to average in double figures. And a draft choice. OKC makes its move and if the Knicks can find a PG, would give them a shot at the playoffs, NBA should be interesting this year. Phil Jackson took a lot of money from Dolan and the past year, maybe longer, he did everything he could to get bought out.

I think it's the best deal the Knicks could get at this point. They didn't take any extra salary on (Anderson) and they got guys back who will be part of the rotation. Taking salary back would have been counter productive during a re-build. I like Melo but both sides needed to turn the page before training camp.

Considering simply buying him out was discussed, this is a homerun for the Knicks.

They add a very talented 7 footer entering what should be his prime years, Mcbuckets, and a pick. All for a guy who the front office ran out of town & didn't want to be here anymore.

This is definitely KP's team now.

This actually may be the best move Knicks brass has made in 2 decades. Not a King's ransom, but damn close all things considered.

A shame he wasn't moved sooner.
The guy should have "Loser" tattooed on his forehead.
I can finally root for the Knicks again.
