Coach Brecht Interview w/ Quint Kessinich

I'm surprised he even gives Quint the time of day. Quint isn't too busy trying to fellate ACC coaches?
Definitely no love lost there. But our program is too high level to ignore and Brecht is pragmatic enough to use him for publicity.
I’m sure there is more to it but Kessenich, who is very unliked by and and large, was very dismissive of our program when Brecht took over.
I know he made some disparaging comments about a game against ND one time. It was like he didn’t even see the score. I think we lost by 1 or 2 and he made it seem like a route in his column.
Brecht had something to say to him about that I believe. I’m sure there is more.
Brecht is extremely passionate about the program and very prideful of the work being done in it. He’s a fair guy but if he perceives someone unfairly taking shots, he’s not going to let that go.
