Here's a link explaining the sustainability aspects of the design for the College Avenue Initiative projects. The video is long, but arranged in vignettes so that you can watch it in segments. I found it fascinating enough to watch the entire presentation uninterrupted. It was produced by the architect, but it portrays Rutgers in a favorable light and makes the Initiative's contribution to the campus all the more impressive.
