They always had them. With all the extra money floating around now, they are giving their guys big raises, so they make up a fancy new title for them. Staffers like these are the big winners of realignment.

How about a small pension? Healthcare insurance paid till you are 30 if not available at your job? Long Term Disability insurance if injured during career? Paid MBA tuition anywhere as a thanks for toiling five years as an undergrad? And more, I'm sure. This is all before they unionize. $$$$
