For the first time. RU next?! If we beat Nebraska I can see it happening for the Wisconsin game. One can dream.
Iowa would have to win too to have any chance at all…For the first time. RU next?! If we beat Nebraska I can see it happening for the Wisconsin game. One can dream.
That sounds right, that is the marquee game. Let's just keep winning and they will come to the birthplace.Iowa would have to win too to have any chance at all…
OSU vs Oregon will otherwise be a virtual lock to get it in my opinion.
What did they say ?Just covered Rutgers game for a few minutes
Your loss, it has been awesome today. Cal fans out in force and loud and rowdyWho cares that show blows now
Yea, but Jess Sims is so easy on the eyes!Who cares that show blows now
It's a secret amongst legends who watched. 😉What did they say ?
Great comments by Saban but he said that is how football used to be played (not in a good way).Segment
Rutgers is a _______ in the Big 10.
Saban- problem. He gushed how RU is physical, old school football.
DisagreeGreat comments by Saban but he said that is how football used to be played (not in a good way).
who cares ? we have some more winning to do. not that big of a deal. For the first time. RU next?! If we beat Nebraska I can see it happening for the Wisconsin game. One can dream.
i didn’t take it that saban meant in a bad way.Great comments by Saban but he said that is how football used to be played (not in a good way).
Other Saban comments: "great back," make "lots of problems on special teams, blocked kicks, returned kicks"Great comments by Saban but he said that is how football used to be played (not in a good way).
You have to do it outside the stadiumOther Saban comments: "great back," make "lots of problems on special teams, blocked kicks, returned kicks"
Not sure what Saban was thinking with returned kicks comment because Rutgers is the only team in the history of the sport to ban its players from returning kicks.
Anyway, nice to see Nick staying involved in the game by appearing on College GameDay.
McAfee is a little too bombastic for my style still he has some smart comments in his chiller moments.
Surprisingly big turnout in Berkeley.
Would Rutgers match the Berkeley GameDay turnout? A question is should Rutgers as GameDay host do the show in Piscataway Grove or College Ave Yard.
When you add that to what Saban said earlier, when they did a nice piece about 9:20AM on Rutgers at Nebraska, Saban was clearly complimentary and said the Schiano-coached team vs. Rhule-coached team will be a 60-minute FIGHT. Very complimentary.. and the game is on FS1.
Really? Didn't know that was a GameDay rule. You have to do it outside the stadium
It’s just common sense!! PlumReally? Didn't know that was a GameDay rule.
Won't be easy to get a big crowd in the Glen at 9am. Large majority of Rutgers students live more than a 30 minute trip from the Glen unless they own cars and a Rutgers football parking passes, and most students won't pay for football parking passes.
Yard is a more convenient location for GameDay attendance.
Yeah I'm warming up to the idea of Cal/Stanford in the B1G once the next media deal is up for renewal circa 2030. I'd love to see what the B1G brass would come up with for the Maps Commercial for Cal/Stanford (Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Chinatown in San Francisco, etc).

Dream on my RU friend. There is noI IF about it !!For the first time. RU next?! If we beat Nebraska I can see it happening for the Wisconsin game. One can dream.

* Edited Piscataway Grove to Glen
The students would pack the Glen. Win and get Gameday! You think New Brunswick is more than 30 minutes away from the Glen?
I think you also underestimate the Rutgers students and how well they would turn out if game day actually came to Rutgers. Look at how well they turned out on Friday night They were standing on top of each other. And I'm pretty sure that Rutgers would find some way to bus people in from New Brunswick to get the students there. I think there would be an excellent turnout
Corso under the weather it appears. Feel better, Coach. Would have liked to see the headgear choice at Cal.No Corso today. Too far to travel or is he ill?
The Glen is more than 30 minutes from New Brunswick unless one sleeps under the Landing Lane bridge. Google Maps shows 38 minutes from College Ave student center to Glen. You think New Brunswick is more than 30 minutes away from the Glen?
