Construction behind the Liberty Plaza

I was wondering about that as well. I would like to hear any construction updates from around NB.
Behind liberty plaza is the wolfson deck and Neilson street, where they are installing a drain in conjunction with the bike-way. Next door behind the office building @ 303 George they're building condos http://newbrunswicktoday.com/articl...batement-city-fails-qualify-state-tax-credits
Yeah it's going to be an eight story residential structure, although I was under the impression it was going to be rentals not condos. Perhaps it will be mixed like the Vue. They started working on it last fall and progress has been quite slow, although it seems to be picking up speed as of late.
Wolfson is also slated to come down and be replaced by a park, but I haven't heard any concrete timeline on that.
Neilson is essentially one giant construction zone these days between the big residential project, the conversion of part of the church into housing, and the seemingly endless work on the sidewalks and road itself.

It is 400 units of residential rental housing. There are significant labor issues since Matrix is using a number of Non-Union trades and it is terribly disruptive
