Do you guys mean that the cops pay to park there or non-cops wanting to park there can pay $20? Is it the big paved lot on the west side of route 18 by the cinder horse track?

Yes. That's the lot. Has always been reserved for police, firefighters and ems workers. When driving by today I saw a $20 general parking sign out front. Didn't have any other info, just noticed it on the way to the stadium

Who would one contact about parking issues? I'm guessing they'd like to know about the 3 employees in the black lot who literally didn't park one car all day. At one point, one of them was sitting against light post with his head slumped down, eyes closed. The rest of the morning they stood in a group on their phones or they tossed a baseball around .
