Was promoted to Co Associate HC at Cincy.

Cincy has done a great job in life post Big East but they still cannot get by the 2nd round and only way they will is to run more fast tempo.

Cincinnati has demonstrated consistency in winning 20 games per season along with NCAA bids. A pretty good model for other teams to follow.
