During the game, one of the TV announcers said he did not know David Stern went to Rutgers, and mentioned it must be great to have him as a resource.
I am not familiar with what David Stern has done for Rutgers. Can someone elaborate? Not flaming. Asking for a friend.

Is there a way to add pictures from your phones files to the board ? I was sitting right behind the duo
Think you need to save the picture to a website like photobucket or facebook and then copy the image location.
Stern didn't have time or make time for Rutgers when he was NBA commish. He's pretty much retired now. He has time to start dabbling into other things now. We can only hope Rutgers basketball is No. 1 on his list of items in which to dabble.

Someone told me at a game a few weeks ago that the only reason they are waiting is due to Winter and Spring semester classes that don't end until mid to late May. The money is there and I guess they just want to have plenty of room when the construction trucks roll in. I assume a large portion of the parking lot will no longer be available as of the Early June start date.
