Does our AD only make 450k ? Verification anyone?

There was much discussion amongst our group--roughly 1/2 had never been to an RU sporting event
about whether AD J Herman only made 450k. It was almost unanimous that she should be allowed to resign
for just the fact that she accepted such a tough jib for short money.
Some thought the articles/internet were missing a decimal and she must make at
least 1.45 mm..

At $450 k, she might be the lowest paid AD or Deputy AD in the top 50 college programs.

Yes she makes 450K and her contract runs out until June 2018. If she's fired without cause, we'd owe her around 1M over that period assuming she doesn't get another job.

As I recall, Vanderbilt is the ONLY school in Division-1 without a formal Athletic Departmentand had a Chancellor responsible for sports.
Also, Vanderbilt has more $$ than any school in the Power 5 as you call it, multiple
alumni in MLB, NBA, and NFL, plus some other generous athletic supporters.
They told Franklin to not let the door hit him on way out, as the Ingram family
in Tennessee is as wealthy as any family in the country, including the Johnson
(as in Woody) who helped RU reach consensus amongst all the factions
in the past week.
