Responding to the OP...given where we were at every point in the season, at WORST we are a bubble team. We actually finished slightly better than a worst case scenario, and we were never really on the bubble. But we fell well short of our best possible scenario.

I think so too. Also, in fairness this wasn’t as bad of a take as it seemed early on (although I still think that at best we were a 4 or 5 seed and this is closer to “at worst”).

I think we’re most likely in line for Indiana again as of yesterday or the day before

How is this not a bad take? The title says at best we are a bubble team. When in reality we were never a bubble team. At best we could have been 4th or 5th in big 10. If Iowa goes our way and Myles never fouls out of ohio state. At WORST we were a bubble team. Which never happened.

Saying “it took OT in the final regular season game“ is just a way to make yourself seem right like you were right or even close when in reality you were completely wrong.
