Faces in the Crowd: Me and Ben

Just knew that was going to be awesome even before I hit the play button.

And I was right.

But '89 A-10 Championship is THE game on my list.

I can understand that one. It was a little bit before my time however. I got back to the Dahntay Jones era.

I always recommend bringing the kids to a MBB for their first Rutgers Athletics event...

  • Inside, no weather concerns
  • Not too long or too short
  • Something always going on
  • Ease of entry/exit
  • Relatively ease of getting tickets

Dave you can enjoy many years bonding with you son cheering on RU now that the program has turned in the right direction...many great moments forthcoming!

I started bringing my daughters to the games right after we joined the Big East. They were about 12 or 13 years old. They continued going to the games with me through their college years. It was truly a bonding experience and one that they still talk about fondly even now that they are in their 30's. I'll never forget their reactions after the first time they saw their usually very low key, calm father get into "game mode." They really got to see another side of me!

Then 3d is the win against temple in the regular season at the rac and counting 5 seconds for the officials very time temple inbounded the ball. What a year that was
