We make pita pizza often as an appetizer
A brush stroke of olive oil then add Sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, plus pepperoni, onion, peppers or anything you like
I keep one side of the grill on and shut off the side where I place the pita
Once the cheese melts if you like the bottom/crust extra crispy slide over to the hot side for thirty seconds
A cold beer and a pita pizza...Hmmm...hmmm
