Michigan and Maryland definitely going in opposite direction from where they were last week
Yes he did and he does seem a bit critical of Hopkins like he expects more from them always.Didn't Quint play for Hopkins?
Because he's a ACC cocksucking company man now.Yes he did and he does seem a bit critical of Hopkins like he expects more from them always.
Love it. Michigans hot 48 hours expired in DenverMichigan and Maryland definitely going in opposite direction from where they were last week
Faces offs have an unbalanced impact on the game. It’s an issue IMO…That was probably the worst half of Gianfacaro’s entire career.
If Weirman wins face offs like he did two years ago, that’s changes a lot of things for Maryland
Me too. Good year for Towson. Just had a horrible 2nd half tonight.Really thought Towson was going to pull off the upset. No such luck.
I know. But it seems like a very strong possibility just looking aheadI am dreading the possibility of four ACC teams in the Final Four

Way too much impact on these games and it’s a wild card position to recruit.
Average teams with a great face off guy become good / competitive (see Michigan)
Good teams with a bad face off guy become average (see Loyola)
You are not winning anything without a solid to good FOGO

Look who couldn’t stay away. Called it!im sure your son appreciates his dad calling his teammate "bad" on the internet
It doesn't really bother me, if their teams earn it. But I'm not sure about Virginia beating Hopkins. The Cavaliers have shown some weaknesses in recent weeks that Hopkins could exploit.I am dreading the possibility of four ACC teams in the Final Four
Yeah, but to some pretty good teams, as you know, given that two of them were called Notre Dame :-) ...Some weaknesses ? Didn't they lose 4 in a row ?
That was a great game. I forgot UVA didn’t have their FOGO.UVa is susceptible to giving up a lot of goals. Their goalie had a serviceable game against St. Joe's but he's been spotty at best. When he's off, he's the worst goalie left in the tourney. It can get really bad.
Teams that can spin the ball like Hopkins did against them in their first meeting can take advantage of their questionable sliding. Lots of talent on the offensive side and in the middle but they can give up goals. It's going to be a challenge for Hopkins but if they can win faceoffs again, they have a good chance. Uva's fogo was out that first meeting which definitely had an impact at that position.
