Flood just had to maintain

He didn't have to build a program . The program was already built (yes , to what level is arguable ) and it wasn't a rebuilding job . The guy rose to his level of incompetence and was handed the keys to a decent car . He screwed it up . You know what people blow opportunities all the time so the worst thing of all is that he lacked class and was a stubborn buffoon through it all.

All we needed was someone who understood football, and wouldn't do exactly what flood is doing.

If he saw tom Brady he would make him a kicker. The guy does not know how to put people in a position to succeed.

Looking back, history will show that The Flood era ended when he only benched Laviano in game 1 for a 1/2 when he had a QB race too close to call.
